Is your ex an alcoholic? It sure sounds like the way mine acts when under the influence. Otherwise, something isn't right in his head.
Funny, how girls come full circle. Both of mine have done and said some very hurtful things but eventually they do reach some sort of epiphany. I do feel bad for what your daughter experienced. HUGS
He sounds like he needs some anger management. How awful to talk to his daughter like that - your daughter shows amazing, amazing restraint. I don't think I would have handled that so well. I'm happy it brought the two of you closer though. xx
My ex-husband was a Dr. Jekle/Mr. Hyde---during the last year of our marriage. Some of the things you described are things I went through. It's so frustrating when our kids have to see their father in that light. I always thought my Ex had some bi-polar issues-still do. Take care - Julie

His actions were certainly uncalled for. I hope she's feeling better and does understand she did nothing wrong.

Your ex sounds deranged and to sout and swear at his daughter like that tells that something is lacking in him and not the rest of you.
